Ahmad Fakhrul Anuar is a leading figure in Malaysia’s occupational safety and health (OSH) sector, with over 22 years of experience in consultancy, training, and leadership. As the elected President of MSOSH, he plays a pivotal role in shaping national safety culture, engaging with key government bodies such as DOSH, SOCSO, and JPK to strengthen OSH policies, professional recognition, and industry capacity building.
He is the Managing Director of Shenviro Hall Sdn Bhd, delivering EHS consultancy and training to government agencies, GLCs, and corporations across various sectors. His notable projects include OSH system implementation for Bank Negara Malaysia, ISO certification for Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd, and capacity-building programs for organisations such as PETRONAS, PERODUA, and Boustead Plantations.
A certified NIOSH & HRDC trainer, Safety & Health Officer (DOSH), and Radiation Protection Officer (AELB), Fakhrul holds an MSc in OSH Management from UUM, a Business Administration t from IIUM, and is pursuing a PhD in OSH at UPM. He is also a pioneer in structured OSH graduate development programs, having trained over 1,200 graduates through national initiatives.

Mr. Zanuddin bin Kisman
Zanuddin B. Kisman is a highly experienced OSHE professional with over 25 years in safety, health, and environmental management, consultancy, and training. He has held key leadership roles, including Vice President (2021–2022) and Honorary Secretary (2018–2020) of the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH), contributing significantly to the advancement of OSH standards in Malaysia.
He has served in various industries, including oil & gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, manufacturing, and education. His notable positions include Division HSE Manager at SGS Malaysia (Oil & Gas and Minerals), Project HSE Manager for SapuraKencana Petroleum, HSE Advisor at Foxboro (M) Sdn Bhd, and HSSEQ Executive at Puncak Niaga.
Zanuddin is well-versed in developing OSH Management Systems, Behaviour-Based Safety programs, and delivering specialised training for diverse sectors. His extensive client portfolio includes PETRONAS, Shell KLIA Aviation, CIMB Group, Coca-Cola Bottlers, Malakoff Power Plant, Sime Darby Convention Centre, and many more.
He holds an Executive Master in Safety, Health & Environment (UNISEL), a Safety and Health Officer Certificate (NIOSH), an Executive Diploma in OSH (NIOSH & OUM), and a Professional Certificate in Laboratory Trade (INSTEP PETRONAS). Dhuha binti Shahrudin
Dhuha binti Shahrudin is an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional with 22 years of expertise in HSE Management Systems, auditing, coordination, and training. She currently works as a freelance HSE trainer and consultant, delivering impactful safety solutions across industries.
Her career spans leadership and advisory roles in prominent organisations, including Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, Sapura Kencana Petroleum, Perunding Good Earth, MISC Berhad, and Kontena Nasional Berhad. She has coordinated and implemented ESHMS, conducted internal and ISO audits, led safety committees, provided management advice, and facilitated incident investigations.
Dhuha is a certified Safety & Health Officer (NIOSH) and Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 (SIRIM & IRCA), with additional certifications in OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, IMS auditing, Risk Management (ISO 31000), Lean Six Sigma, and Train-the-Trainer (HRDF).
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Sciences (Psychology) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and is passionate about continuous improvement, corporate social responsibility, and knowledge sharing in the HSE field.
Irwan Sukma bin Sukarman
Irwan Sukma bin Sukarman is an accomplished Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) professional with over 20 years of diverse industry experience spanning education, safety management, marketing, and technical roles. He currently serves as a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Safety and Health at University College MAIWP International, where he develops and delivers specialised OSH training modules for higher education and industry professionals.
His career includes roles as Safety and Health Officer (2017–2020), OSH Manager (2020–2021), Lecturer at City University (2015–2016), Marketing Officer at Festo Malaysia (2012–2015), and Technical Officer at IBM Malaysia (2003–2012). His expertise covers ISO 45001:2018 OSH Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management, HIRARC, OSH audits, and organisational management.
Irwan holds multiple academic qualifications, including a Master’s in Industrial Safety Management and a Master’s in Chemistry and Process from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Science (UKM). He is also actively involved in the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH), serving as Management Committee Member (2020–2022) and Assistant Honorary Secretary (2022–2024).
Recognised for his structured and practical teaching approach, Irwan has contributed to training programs covering hazard identification, risk assessment, chemical management, machine safety, and workplace welfare, helping to elevate OSH standards in Malaysia.
Zariman Zainuddin
Zariman Zainuddin is a veteran Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) professional with over 35 years of extensive experience in managing, auditing, training, and consulting across government agencies, multinational corporations, GLCs, and local companies. His expertise spans chemical plants, construction, manufacturing, plantations, transportation, logistics, and utilities, with a proven track record of setting up, implementing, and certifying HSEQ management systems to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
His career began at the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), where he spent 8 years in inspection and petroleum safety oversight. He later served as Branch Manager and General Manager at the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Vice President at FGV Holdings Berhad overseeing HSEQ for operations in 9 countries, and as a consultant and auditor for over 200 man-days of audits in both oil & gas and non-oil & gas sectors.
Zariman’s notable achievements include leading FGV to secure multiple MSOSH Gold Class 1 Awards (2015–2017) and an International Employer Branding Award (2015–2016). A certified lead auditor for multiple ISO standards and a registered Safety & Health Officer, he continues to provide strategic HSEQ advisory, system audits, and high-impact training to industries, driving operational excellence and safety culture transformation.
Kasyfullah bin Mohamad
Kasyfullah bin Mohamad is an experienced Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) professional with over 14 years in safety management, compliance, and training across banking, food manufacturing, agriculture, and electronics industries. He currently serves as Deputy Manager – Safety, Health & Environment at Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, where he advises management on OSH compliance, develops policies and SOPs, conducts training, leads the Safety & Health Committee, and implements ISO 45001 Occupational Safety & Health Management Systems.
Previously, Kasyfullah was Safety & Health Executive at KFC Holdings (M) Bhd, overseeing OSH across feed mills, poultry farms, manufacturing plants, and nationwide restaurant operations. His earlier roles in engineering and quality control honed his technical problem-solving and workplace safety inspection skills.

Mohammad Khairul bin Kamarudin
Mohammad Khairul bin Kamarudin is a seasoned Safety & Health Officer with 18 years of experience in occupational safety and health management, primarily in the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. A registered Safety & Health Officer with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), he has led safety initiatives on major infrastructure and building projects, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and promoting a culture of workplace safety.
He has served as Head of Safety Department at Double K Safety, managing safety operations for high-profile clients such as CRCC Malaysia Berhad, CHEC (M) Sdn Bhd, and KPJ Specialist Hospital projects. His previous roles include Safety & Health Officer positions with HIS Niaga Jaya, Puncak Sepakat, Tecpath Construction, Dimara Construction, and Perangsang Jati, covering projects for KTMB, DBKL, PKNS, and Tan Chong Motors.
Khairul holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the British Malaysian Institute and professional certifications including Construction Safety & Health Officer (CIDB), NIOSH Train-the-Trainer, Fire & Rescue Course (BOMBA), and multiple OSH-related training programs.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Khairul is recognised for his ability to coordinate large-scale safety operations, conduct hazard assessments, and foster compliance through effective training and enforcement in fast-paced, high-risk project environments.
NORWANI BINTI AHMAT
Norwani binti Ahmat from Negeri Sembilan has over 20 years of experience in the field of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSHE). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from UKM and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Risk Management at OUM. She also possesses various professional certifications, including Certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO), Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001, and Certified International Training Practitioner.
Her career spans multiple sectors including chemical, semiconductor, food, construction, automotive, and rare earth mining industries, holding positions such as Safety & Health Manager, Head of Department, and currently Operational Excellence Manager at Lynas Malaysia.
Norwani is also actively involved in community service through NGOs, OSHE awareness programmes, and the development of training modules such as BEST (Stress Management Workshop) and SIT (Successful Interview Techniques). She has been a guest speaker at both local and international conferences, and is the author of the book Aku Pengamal OSH. She has trained thousands of participants across Malaysia in various OSHE programmes.

Mohd Hazry Bin Yusof is an experienced Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) specialist with over 15 years in the field as an HSE consultant. Yusof Bin Kadikon
Yusof Bin Kadikon is a Lecturer and Ergonomic Consultant with extensive expertise in Ergonomics and Industrial Engineering. He holds a Master of Engineering Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), specializing in Ergonomics and Human Factors Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Engineering) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
Currently serving at Universiti Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia France Institute (UniKL-MFI), Yusof teaches in the Industrial Automation section under the Industrial Management Unit. His teaching portfolio includes Project Management, Safety and Health Management, Computer-Aided Production Management, and Ergonomics. His professional journey began as an Assistant Mechanical Maintenance Junior Engineer at Pelepas Brigentine Service, PTP, Johor.
Yusof is a certified Train the Trainer (NIOSH & HRDC), Safety and Health Officer Certification Trainer (DOSH), and Ergonomic Trained Person Trainer (DOSH). Dr Mohamad Hafiz bin Ismail is a medical advisor with over a decade of experience in the health, fitness, and occupational health sectors. A graduate of Krida Wacana Christian University, Jakarta (2012), he has dedicated his career to preventive healthcare, workplace wellness, and injury prevention.

Suhaily Amran
Occupational Hygiene & Environmental Health Specialist
Dr. Suhaily Amran is an accomplished occupational hygiene and environmental health professional with over 20 years of experience in industrial hygiene, chemical risk assessment, laboratory management, and occupational safety and health (OSH) training. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, an M.Sc. in Occupational Safety and Health from Universiti Utara Malaysia, and a B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
She is a Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Registered Hygiene Technician, former Registered Chemical Health Risk Assessor, DOE-registered Scheduled Waste Manager, and a certified trainer accredited by HRD Corp. Dr. Suhaily’s career includes extensive tenure at NIOSH, where she served as Manager of the Laboratory Division, overseeing ISO/IEC 17025-accredited industrial hygiene testing, developing OSH training modules, and leading national research and consultancy projects in occupational hygiene.
